How It Works

Hair must be 100% human hair.

A test strand will be performed before the full service. If the hair does not lift to the required level, you will be notified, and the unit will be returned. A refund will be issued minus a $20 service fee and return shipping costs.

Along with the coloring service, your wig knots will be bleached, and your hairline will be plucked minimally.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once your order has been placed and accepted, we can arrange for shipping or pick-up/drop-off at 10926 David Taylor Dr Charlotte, NC 28262.

Once your order is completed, you will be contacted to approve the final look, then shipping (or pick up, if local) will be arranged.

Turnaround time is from 3-7 business days.

This wig was very full and beautiful, it looks EXACTLY like the picture & would I purchase again? OF COURSE!! I love the color & it was easy to install!! I HIGHLY recommend

Good unit with some flaws…

The hair quality is good with minimal shedding, but I did receive the unit with slightly over-processed roots at the front. The unit was also not 100% dry in the packaging, so it was quite frizzy trying it on for the first time. Also, the hair on the front of the unit was uneven when stretched, I had to do a lil trimming to even everything out. Other than that, the hair smelled good and it doesn’t take much product at all to keep the curls popping all day. The description didn’t specify there were combs in the cap, which I dislike and would’ve requested not to include. I was able to remove one comb, but it was not easy, so I didn’t attempt to remove the rest of the combs.
