At this time, due to COVID-19 & MonkeyPox, all orders are final after 7 days. We guarantee that you will receive the exact item described, ensuring that you are slaying your wig of choice, without the regret of buyer's remorse. If you aren’t absolutely delighted with the product provided, we insist that you tell us within 7 days so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.


Hair must be in its original state to qualify for an exchange or refund! 
In special circumstances, you may qualify for store credit at the sole discretion of Peculiar Perfection.

Peculiar Perfection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once sent to the shipping carrier, but we will do everything to assist if this does happen. Tracking information will be sent to you directly when your order is processed.


If we make an error on our end, the hair must be in original state to qualify for an exchange or refund. If you want to adjust your length, we must adjust the cost of your order.  Shipping charges are not refunded.
