Wig Maintenance (Laundry)

Hair must be 100% human hair.

If you purchased your wig from Peculiar Perfection, a new frontal or closure can be ordered for you at a discounted rate and added to your total (if replacement is selected, an additional 3-5 business days is needed to order the replacement). All other wigs require clients to provide their own lace for replacement.

If the unit is determined to be synthetic or a human/synthetic blend, it will be returned to the sender. A refund will be issued minus a $20 service fee and return shipping costs.

Your wig is treated with the same care I’d give my own.

Deep wash & cleanse to remove buildup and restore moisture.
Blow dry & styling (optional).
Lace refilling of small balding areas. Major balding requires lace replacement.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once your order has been placed and accepted, we can arrange for shipping or pick-up/drop-off at 10926 David Taylor Dr Charlotte, NC 28262.

Once your order is completed, you will be contacted to approve the final look, then shipping (or pick up, if local) will be arranged.

Turnaround time is from 3-7 business days.
